Catering Information

Guests will mosey into the Ranch House to fill up at our delicious Cowboy Buffet of lip smackin’ ribs, and grilled barbequed chicken. Side dishes included are: a mixed green salad with choice of 2 dressings, cole slaw, home-made hot corn bread, cowboy beans, and potato plus coffee, soda, tea, bottled water and alcoholic beverages (if purchased by the client.) A tasty dessert tops off the meal.
